Commenting

Today i had commented on chisa blog because she had a great LI and that she can write cool thing for what she did. I commented on her inquiry. Her inquiry was about creating a poem on your own. She used a app that can help make a poem on her own.

Pixel art - Can Do

This week i did a can do to complete all of my work and this can do is called pixel art. Pixel art is a sheet of paper that have little Square then you go onto google and search up pixel art simple then you can chose what you want to do. I did a heart because  is was simple and easy.

Music

L.I: To learn the chords and notes.
LS1 group B went to room 8 for Music. We learnt how to play the chords and notes of the ukelele, piano, and the instruments that was on the floor. I learnt how to play There is a brown girl in a ring on the ukelele. We had to go outside and play the songs. The songs that I was playing was, Shotgun, Happier, Lean on me, Count on me, and We dont talk anymore.

Basic Facts

For basic fact i have to pick on thing that i want for  do for basic facts. I did five additions and i did all of them and i got them right because you can see the green buttons that say good so that means that i got them all right.

Hauora


LI: to learn the 4 dimensions of the Hauora
We were learning about Hauora. Hauora has 4 dimensions. Those 4 are Physical, Social, Spiritual, and Mental. Physical is when you look after your body, and look at what substances you put in your body. Social is when you go out and talk to people, sharing ideas and opinions. Spiritual is you morals, values, your beliefs, and your self-worth. Mental is someone who is always positive and bright. Our goup did not get work done like we only three slides.Indulding the title slide.

Duffy assemble

LI: Learning about how to be a Duffy role module. Robbie Rakete was our Duffy role module. He is on the breeze and he play the brown wiggle. He told us to think about the book we love in our mind then when he counts to three we all shout the name of the book. He said when he was little he told his mother that he will buy books he love and but food when he got a real job.So when he got a real hob he did what he told his mother is what he did.

Building longer Sentences- Writing


LI: to write clear and detailed simple sentences. This week the last week of the term we had to build longer sentences by watching videos and making them longer from just a very very simple sentences. 
We were learning about using simple sentience  and making  them longer Sentences.  .The last thing we did was that we had to make sentience with To Because with and By.
I learned how to make simple sentience into longer sentience.

Term 1 Kiwi Can Overview

Today in kiwi can we recapped all of our learning from term one. Our big theme was positive  Relationship.Our three big Modules were Positive communication, Friendship, and cooperation.

Why did we play games:
We play the games because it links to our learning and that we can have fun. All the games that we had played this term always links to what we learnt. 

Reflection:
I enjoyed learning about how to be a good friend.
I Learnt about Cooperation. What is cooperation ? Cooperation is when you share your ideas with others. When I cooperate with people I think that I need to share more ideas with others.
The one thing that I need to be good at is not to be distracted by others.

LI: to learn something about the class or school using statistics
This week was the final week of Statistics. For this week we had to make gather what we did and learnt for the past few weeks into a presentation. We then had to present our information and our work to the class. We were scored on what we were doing.

Content : Content was when you have all the right things like the methods, questions and hint.
Delivery : Delivery was when every one spoke clearly or one person spoke clearly..
Our score was 3 for content and a another 3 for delivery.

Hami Grace | Finding infomation


LI- To unlock keyword to summarise a text and To Skim and Scan to find hey words and To research a range of resources to find information.
. This week is the last week for reading. We had to do two infograhics about two soldier you haven't do before. We had to complete both before lunch time, but he time was going fast you what ever you had done already you will need to blog it.If you think that you can complete both and blog both then you can do that.
The person i did was hami grace. He was a soldier that died in action and that he was remembered by his family. We had to learn about how the person is what happened when was he born and when did he died.

Music

This week for music we were learning more chords and notes. We used a ukulele chime bars and others to learn more different songs. I was on the key boards playing anything and was listening to music at the same time.

Kiwi Sport

LI: To practice the full game of Ki O Rahi

Today in Ki O rahi we were practising our skills to play ki o rahi. We haven't learnt anything extra but there are things that we need to do better. They are; Communicate, Co-operate, Teamwork and to respect equipment, players and areas in the game.

Taniwha
In Ki O rahi there are 2 teams, Kioma and Taniwha. The Taniwha, in the story, tries to attack Rahi. The Taniwha's main goal is to stand in te roto, and throw the ki at the tupu. One hit = 1 Point. The boundries for Taniwha are Pa whero, Te ara and te ao when trying to score.

Kioma
The second Team In Ki O Rahi is Kioma. Kioma's goal is to touch as many po as possible or wanted with the ki and avoid getting ripped once or twice. The Boundries for Kioma are Te roto, Te ara and Pawhero. After touching one or more po, they have to run into te roto and score a try in pa whero. If A Kioma Member touches a Po but the ball drops or the person is ripped, then the score is back to 0. If a Kioma Member touches 2 Po and run into te roto and score in pa whero, without being ripped they get the points.

Kaitiaki
2 Members of Kioma Team are Kaitiaki. In the story of Ki O Rahi, the Kaitiaki is an eagle and it protects the rock/tupu. In the game, the kaitiaki do the same and protect the tupu. They are the only roles in the entire game that can go in pawhero. They have to prevent Taniwha from hitting the tupu with the ki. They are notallowed to touch the tupu while guarding.

Kicker
Another Member of Kioma is Kicker. The Kicker always starts of the game. They have to stand in Te Marama and kick the ki into pawhero. Then the Kaitiaki have to try and catch it. If it drops, roles or taniwha catches it then it is a hand over to taniwha team. If they catch it, they have to pass it to somebody in their team. 

Descriptive writing 2019

LI: To write something about the photo. Today to complete all my work this is one of the tasks. what we had to do is we had to describe the photo. At the bottom their is my Descriptive writing.

Building Sentences

LI: To make a google slide about compound sentences. This week we had an another session of writing and what we had to do is that we had to create a slide then we had to put video and photo on the slide. Why we had to put the videos and the photos on the slide is because we had to make a compound and what ever the compound sentences say we had to make a video or a photo.

.LI: to learn about Hauora
We were learning about Hauora. Hauora is our well being. In Hauora are 4 dimensions. They are Physical, Mental, Social, and Spiritual.

So for our Must Do we had to pick an object that had four things to make that object work. For example a car has four wheels, even if one is flat you can't drive it. Or you have a house all four walls need to be strong to hold the roof, if you even have one weak wall the house will still fall down. We then had a sheet and we had a bunch of scenarios. We had to fit it in Physical, Social, Mental, or Spiritual Well Being. We then had the same sheet but then had to put in our own scenarios. We had to do 3 pices of work for our must do.
We also learned the Maori names of Hauora.

Samuel Arnold Atkinson- Infographics

LI: To researcher a range of information.This week we learnt about soldiers that were in world war one and war world two. We picked a soldier by picking an replica of a real artifact given to us.The solider that we picked must fought in war. Then we had to make an infographics about solider. We had to answer the five w's and the h to unlock key words from that information.

How to say No- Canva

LI: To build positive Relationship. Today in kiwi can we were learning about friendship. We learnt that there are times we can say NO! We talked about situations were it is OK to say no. We discussed different ways to say no that don't cause disrespect. we did an activity called empathy rote play. A group acted out a situation and as a class wee needed to decide the way to say no. Our options were:
No thanks
Lets do something else instead
It's just not my thing
That is not nice.
We did a canvas infographics  about how to say no and we had to do four way how you can say no to people or things.

Today this is just an extra blog post.This google slide is about me and my family. I try to complete this when i have time, and i had completed this today. 

Data

LI: To gather data from people where they like to sit.This week we had to make a survey about people in the school where they like to sit. After that we had to clean the data. Clean the data mean that you have to get ride to double up's and all kinds of mistakes. We went to room five an asked room five kids where they like to sit. Then we had to do the other kids in the class that is doing something else.

LI: To learn basic facts just like that all done. Here is my DLO for basic facts. I did up to ten and  we had to time it.My time was 3: 24.I had my time go back herds.
