Baking With My Dad
Today I had fun at home while in self isalation. My dad had an idea of baking a chocolate cake with blue icing. First I had to find the ingredients and the recipes. Then my dad went out to go and buy the things we needed. Then we got started on the batter. Once while i was baking with my unity she said put the dry ingredients then the wet ingredients..We made the batter than we put it in the oven for about 45 minutes. By that time is was done. While it cooled down we made the icing. I made the icing by myself. Then we added the icing and the sprinkles. This is the end product of our home made chocolate cake. This was a really fun activity for me and my dad.

What a fantastic way to spend some quality family time together Afatia! Your cake looks yummy and I hope when we get back to school you can make another one so I can have a piece. I baked and iced a birthday cake this week and also had a lot of fun icing it. Did your cake taste as yummy as it looks?
ReplyDeleteHi Afatia!
ReplyDeleteWow that looks so yummy! I always forget to put the dry ingredients in first and then my batter gets all lumpy! How did you make the icing for the cake? What a fun activity to do at home with your dad!
