Inquiry / Michal / Food Print

LI: To learn enterprise and business. This week our teacher invited his friend to talk to us about how she started her company which was food print. Her company was about food waste. She use to travel a lot and she worked in the U.S.A for a hotel and then travelled  to London and worked for a shop called Hello fresh.

She saw a lot of food being wasted in her time of working in the U.S.A and London. Her passion was to reduce food waste around Atotearoa. So her company is trying to stop the food waste. She has worked on this company for two years but her company just got lunched six months ago.
She had a lot of work to do for her company that was the logo title colour and many more. There is over 20 million loaves of bread wasted each year in New Zealand. So her mission is to reduce the amount of food being wasted.
