I: To learn how to do a rally.
This week for kiwi sport were learning how to do rally's. We got into our warm ups. We had to pick a partner and start. The warm up was testing and warming up our reactions. Coach Peter then introduced LS1 group A to the rally. A rally is when you hit the ball with the tennis racket and you can't let the ball hit the floor. Our aim was to reach up to four hits with the racket. We used the forehand and backhand technique to help us.
