Leaving a quality blog comment on another student’s blog helps us make connections to new learning by asking open ended questions that encourage a reply and motivate the blogger to ask their own question in return. This is how a comment thread starts and when that happens we make connections with a wider audience who we can learn with and from.

Aloha Afatia,
ReplyDeleteWhat a Superior comment of yours! I have also done this challenge, and it was fairly easy, did you? I really liked how in your comment you had greeting outhers with a different language, which allows the comment to stand out. I also like that you had introduced yourself first to somebody that is from another school.
My feedback is for you to use more puncuation in your comment, because in your question you didn't add a question mark, so maybe rethink that.
What did you find hard?
Thanks!
Bonjour Sulia and thank you for commenting on my post.
ReplyDeleteI also agree that greeting people with another language makes the comment stand out. I thought writing the comment in general was easy and not very hard.
What did you think of when you were giving the question ?
Greetings Aftaia,
DeleteThank you for taking the time to reply back to me! Yes I also agree that comments are fairly easy to complete. I think we just need to put a little bit of time and effort into making a comment.
The question I asked was a Open Question.
What type of questions would you ask, open or closed, why?
Great Job!
Talofa lava Afatia,
ReplyDeleteGreat job on completing your second activity for the Summer Learning Journey. I have also done this activity, and I think that it was very interesting because we are improving our commenting skills through this activity and are also knowing its importance. What did you find interesting in this activity? I like that you have added your opinions in the blurb as it make the blog post more effective. How do you think leaving a feedback on others blog is helpful?
Keep up the amazing work through out the Summer Learning Journey!
