  1. Kia Ora Afatia,

I’m Dani, one of the blog commenters for the Kaikohekohe cluster for the Summer Learning Journey. I have heard some great things about the students at Panmure Bridge School so I thought I would jump on and check out some blog posts.

What a cool poster you have created to highlight Tonga as a travel destination. Do you think Tonga would be a good place for someone to go on holiday? Quite a few of the students who were in my class this year are from Tonga. They are very proud of their country and their culture. They told me that I should visit Tonga because it is a very beautiful island and it can be quite different to New Zealand.

As it is the holiday period many of the Summer Learning Journey team are currently away from work and are spending some time with their friends and family. This means that you would get many encouraging comments over this time. We want you to keep blogging and we will comment on as many of your posts as we can when everyone is back at work!

    Keep the blogging up!

    Blog ya later,

    Dani

  2. Hi Afatia,

I really like your colours on your brochure, they look really nice together. For your brochure you should write a bit more about Tonga like introducing Tonga in the beginning of the brochure. I've also made a brochure but it was on my own country which was Burma. Have you ever been to tonga?

    Otherwise great job!

  3. Kia Ora Afatia,

I enjoyed looking at your brochure and reading the information in it! The colour choices are great! In your brochure, I think you should add more information, like a description about Tonga. Your tips are very helpful! I also did this activity!

    Nice Work Afatia!

  4. Hello Afatia!,
Reading your Tongan brochure was enjoyable and interesting. You have a good layout and tips for the readers who are travelling to Tonga. Your brochure looks great, but I would love to know a bit more about Tonga and places to visit. What's your most important tip for people who are travelling to Tonga?

    Good Job!

  5. Hi Afatia!
This activity you did was great. Remember to re read your text as it might not make sense. What was the hardest part of this activity?
    Blog you later!
