LI: to develop body movements of balance, rotation and strength
We first started off by playing Tag but we had to navigate around in specific ways like hop around with one leg. We then did some stretches. We did the L - Shape, Seal, Butterfly, Cat, Straddle.
We then did another rotation. But some of the activities were different.
Rotation One: There was a beam to walk forwards on then do a little jump. We also had to cartwheel across or along a line. Lastly there was another beam we had to do a forward roll on. We then had to do a dive roll of the stage. We then had to do bunny hops on a beam.
Rotation Two: There was a trampoline to jump on and we had to go as high as possible then land, then front roll, then do the same thing but a dive roll. We then had to do a backwards roll. After we had to do candlesticks, then a full handstand, and a tuck handstand. Lastly jump of a board and do a 180 spin in the air.
Rotation Three: We had to do a handstand on a wall on bars. We then went on bars held ourselves on it. Next there were parallel bars and we had to hold our touching our bottoms then swinging. There was a beam and we had to do a Front, Back, and Side Support rotation. Lastly there were bars we had to go on and do mini push ups.

Play | Sumary
This week in reading we did our play for this week. We did our play in the theatre because is was nice and big.My group went first. When we did our play we had to memorise our lines off by heart. Our play was called Mayhem on mars. Our play was about inside a spaceship that had just landed on mars the astronauts argue as they leave the space ship. I was astronaut one.
My Favourite part when we did our play was being the presenting to people who were watching.
The most hard part of the play was say my lines because i had to say them with emotions.
I would change the way on my confident and how a act.
I think that my oral language needs more work but it was pretty good for the plays.

Kiwi Sport- Gymnastics.
LI: To develop body movement of balance, rotation and strength.
Today for kiwi sport gymnastics was more challenging because they have changed it all of the equipment and we had some new things. We had a rotation so we can try everything that was made for us.
Stretches :
We did the L shape,Seal,Butterfly,Cat,Straddle,Side support.
Rotation One :
We could chose where to start but we all had to do a rotation. We did the beam but we had to walk backwards. Then the next thing we did was there was a box ( a very hard box) that you had to cartwheel. If you couldn't do the cartwheel then you wouldn't have to put your legs high. Then we had a long but skinny bench and it was covers with soft mats so you can do the forward roll.
Rotation Two:
The next rotation was the their was a trampoline where you had to run then bounce up then land in a starfish. It wasn't about who could jump the longest it was about who can jump the highest. Then you had to to a backwards roll. Then after that you had to do the handstand with one leg up and the other just off the floor. Then you had to jump 180* a half jump and turn at the same time.
Rotation Three :
The third rotation was you had to do the handstand on the wall and you had to take one leg off the wall then do the same thing with the other leg. Then there was a beam that was not the long but was wide. You had to do the front support on it. Then there was the stairs to the stage and then you had to left your legs up.
Reflections :
The hardest part was the backwards beam for me. So was the star jump.

L.I: to show integrity and how to tell the truth.
Today Ls1 group B had another session of kiwi can. Our kiwi can leaders are Miss Mack and Miss Paige. Our them and topic is integrity and Honesty. Then we went into our energiser. The energiser was called bang. To play this game we will have to get into a circle. Then Miss paige or Miss Mack will say a name then that person will have to drop down and the other people next to them will have to say bang. If the other person gets it first then the other person is out. If you get out you will have to sit in the middle of the circle. Then we had to sit back down into our 4 lanes/lines. Then we were talking about honesty. We played a game called honesty scenarios so basically we will have to get a partner and one of them will be a statue and the other will be the creature of the statue. So Miss Paige or Miss Mack will say a question like If your mum and dad were in a car crash then the creature will have to put you in a position. So we will have to tell our reaction and feelings than they will move us in a action.

LS1 group B went to the hall to do Kiwi Sport. The sport that we do for term 2 is gymnastics. Our sports teacher is Coach Steve. When we got in the hall we started to do our warm up. We had to hop around in one leg, we had to walk back running and also run forward. Then we started to do our stretchers. When we do the stretchers we will have to be flexible because someone of the stretchers are hard. Then Coach Steve put as into groups of 3. We had to go clockwise to go to the different obstacles. Some of the obstacles were hard and some were easy like cartwheeling on the mat. When we are in our groups we will have to take turns and we will have to go one by one. When we roll on the mat Coach Steve will help us. Coach Steve was coaching for years now.

Volvo Have A Go Sailing
LI: To learn how to sail and have fun at the same time. We sailed at Okahu Bay.The people that helped us was Steve,JR, and Justin. We first learnt how to set the boats up and the different parts of the boats. Then how to sail them. I was blown away at how simple they were to sail. We had two people in every boat, one person controlled the sail and the other controlled the rudder.
The next thing we did was to get use to the boat then we got into the boat. When we got into the boat Justin gave us a push off the shore then we were all heading to the sky tower. When we were all heading to the sky tower some were behind so Steve,JR, and Justin gave them some help by pushing their boat.
When we got close then we had to turn back. Two people went with Steve to have fun and go around on the bigger boat.
After that we had to gather as much of toys that was footing around and while me and my partner were getting more toy we got a water gun to shot people from getting the toys. Just then the instructure told us to capsize our boat then we both fall of the boat.
