L.I : To develop body movement of balance, rotation & strength.
Group B had kiwi sport. First we did the same stretches and the stretches we did were L sharp, seal, butterfly, cat, stroller,back front sport. After we had done our strength we got into our 3 group from last week.
1 Rotation
- Bean - backwards
- Box cartwheel
- birch for weal roll
- pull you feet yo high
2 Rotation
- Trampoline- starfish
- backward roll
- l leg earpiece hand lad
- Half 180 jump.
3 Rotation
- Handstand
- front support
- parallel bars
- back slide front rotation.
- back rolled with 2 hand.
- banner hop.
