The next thing we did was arm circle. We had to lift our arm one by one then you will be swimming. We had to do the three times to get use to it and to do it the way it is suppose to go.Our teacher gave us a little push to swim faster if we can.
Next we did was bounce and breath :
We had to bounce up from swimming and breath then bounce back down to swim all the way.
Endurance swimming :

Dolphin kick: We had to dolphin kick back and forth for some time for the last thing we had to do before we will high five our teacher and do any kind off swimming you want.
