Kiwi Sport / Swimming

I: To learn how to stay swimming in the water without drowning.
This week was week four for our swimming. We first down streamlines, to breath we turn on our backs. Then we were swimming on our back poking our stomachs out to float and kick. Then we had learnt how to do survival strokes. For the survival strokes we had to float on our back and tuck our legs in, open that up then kick them together. Then we done dolphin kicks and dolphin dives.
